Project Focus First

Purpose

Establish one explicit primary focus before an assistant begins solving, designing, planning, evaluating, or implementing a new project.

The selected focus becomes the main decision filter for the rest of that project conversation. The assistant must not silently infer, replace, or change it.

This skill is a hard gate, not a general discovery questionnaire.
