Triggers

Apply this skill when the concern is the STRUCTURAL HEALTH of a backlog as a whole:

/backlog-init — bootstrap a well-formed backlog where none exists
/backlog-audit — detect integrity defects in an existing backlog (orphans, dangling references, invalid states, duplicates, stale items, broken hierarchy)
/backlog-fix — repair the defects a prior audit confirmed
"audit the backlog", "is the backlog healthy", "revisá el backlog", "hay tareas huérfanas", "el backlog está desordenado", or before trusting a backlog as the source of truth

Do NOT apply for: creating/moving individual items on a live board (that is project-tracking), eliciting a single new requirement (that is requirement-forge), or discussing HOW to solve something (that is solution-forge). This skill governs backlog HEALTH, not item authoring.

Pairs with project-tracking (live board management — a storage concern), requirement-forge (the input filter for one item), and solution-forge (the HOW discussion). The distinguishing axis is INTEGRITY, independent of where the backlog is stored.
