KDE RDP Desktop

This skill has two jobs:

1. Explain the current kli CLI actions and when to use them.
2. Explain how to debug issues with kli, KRdp, FreeRDP, or KDE portal setup.

Use kli to inspect and drive the user's current KDE Plasma Wayland session through a local RDP daemon.
