RxNorm to NDC crosswalk
rxnorm.ndc-crosswalk on https://fittings.sh. One endpoint, health and medicine.
Map an RxNorm concept or drug name to every associated NDC package code in 5-4-2 form, or reverse-map an NDC to its RxCUI with active status and history.
