SemVer bump classifier
semver.bump-classify on https://fittings.sh. One endpoint, deterministic compute.
Classifies the change between two versions as major, minor, patch, premajor, preminor, prepatch, prerelease or none, with the direction and whether the move stays inside a caret range.
