Subagent-Driven Development

Execute plan by dispatching fresh subagent per task, with two-stage review after each: spec compliance review first, then code quality review.

Core principle: Fresh subagent per task + two-stage review (spec then quality) = high quality, fast iteration

PRECONDITION — the plan must contain an Impact Analysis. The per-task spec and quality reviews below review code against the plan, so a wrong plan propagates into every task dispatched from it. Read the plan before dispatching the first implementer, and raise anything that looks wrong with your human partner rather than building on it.
