TypoShift: keyboard-layout mistake reconstruction

TypoShift recovers what the user meant to type when their keyboard was set to the wrong layout. Example: פךקשדק גקהקךםפ איק מקסא כקשאורק was typed on a Hebrew layout by someone pressing the keys for please develop the next feature.

This is not translation. Each character maps back to the physical key that produced it, and that key is then read in the intended layout. Never translate, paraphrase or "fix" meaning. Only undo the layout mistake.

When this skill applies

  • The user ran /typoshift <text>.
  • A [TypoShift] note is present in the context. The automatic hook adds this note when it detects a mistake.
  • The user's message contains text that looks like a layout mistake: random letters in another script that form no real words. Examples are ghbdtn for привет, akuo for שלום, and Руддщ for Hello.
