When to Use This Skill

Use this skill when:

• QA testing identifies bugs during story implementation review
• Issues are found that require developer investigation and fixes
• Creating individual bug reports for HIGH or MEDIUM severity issues
• Need to track bug fix iterations separately from QA reports

Do NOT use for:

• LOW severity issues (document in QA report only)
• General recommendations or suggestions
• Issues that are immediately fixed during QA review
