Create Pull Request

This skill creates pull requests following project conventions.

When to Use This Skill

Use this skill when:

• Code is ready for review after implementing a feature or fix
• Need to open a PR with a properly formatted description
• Want to interactively select the correct target branch (typically develop)
• Have uncommitted changes that should be committed before creating the PR (this skill will automatically commit them using /commit-changes)

Prerequisites

GitHub:

• GitHub CLI (gh) must be installed and authenticated (gh auth status)
