Develop Task — Automated Lifecycle Orchestrator
This skill orchestrates the complete task development lifecycle, calling each skill in sequence and maintaining an implementation report that records every significant decision and issue encountered along the way.
Setup — Pipeline Hooks (one-time, per project)
The pipeline runs hands-free when two Claude Code hooks (PreCompact for graceful pause; Stop for forced continuation) are registered in .claude/settings.json. Strongly recommended — without the Stop hook, the orchestrator relies on prose-level "never stop between steps" rules that have been observed to fail under context pressure.
Install both with one command (idempotent, preserves existing settings, --dry-run available):

Hooks noop outside pipeline runs — zero overhead when no .claude/state/develop-pipeline.lock is present.
