Creates/Updates:
.planning/PROJECT.md— updated with new milestone goals.planning/research/— domain research (optional, focuses on NEW features).planning/REQUIREMENTS.md— scoped requirements for this milestone.planning/ROADMAP.md— phase structure (creates if first, continues if subsequent).planning/STATE.md— reset for new milestone (creates if first)
After this command: Run /kata-plan-phase [N] to start execution.
