Horde

Horde is a local Rust daemon that owns scheduling for coding work. You submit an objective and a repository; Horde expands it into a durable workflow, runs coding agents in isolated Git worktrees, records every attempt, and integrates the result onto a separate branch. It keeps running after the client that submitted the work exits.

You keep your own agent. Horde does not replace this session. It is the place you put work that should outlive it.

Why it exists

An agent session is ephemeral, single-threaded, and forgetful. That is fine for a small edit and wrong for everything else. Horde fixes five specific failures:
