The skill includes runtime commands that fetch and execute remote scripts — curl -sL https://sentry.io/get-cli/ | bash in multiple GitHub Actions templates (references/github-actions-*.md) and a Swift Package URL https://github.com/getsentry/SnapshotPreviews used by the manual fallback, so these external URLs are fetched/executed at runtime.
