The templates include runtime fetch-and-execute commands that pull remote code (curl -sL https://sentry.io/get-cli/ | bash) and an instruction to add a remote Swift package (https://github.com/getsentry/SnapshotPreviews) which will be fetched and built during setup, so these external URLs can execute remote code at runtime.
