Sentry Span Streaming Migration (Dart/Flutter)

Migrate from the default transaction-based trace lifecycle (SentryTraceLifecycle.static) to span streaming (SentryTraceLifecycle.stream), where spans are sent individually as they complete instead of being batched into a transaction at the end.
