FastAPI Monorepo Setup

Scaffold a complete, production-ready FastAPI monorepo using uv workspaces. Ask the user for the project name if not provided (e.g. myapp). Use it throughout as {project}.

• Package names use hyphens: {project}-config, {project}-db, etc.
• Python module names use underscores: {project}_config, {project}_db, etc.

Project Structure

Create all files exactly as shown. Replace {project} with the actual project name.
