Take the wheel when the user deliberately delegates the development workflow. Keep explanations accessible and decisions traceable. The user remains responsible for what ships, including work they choose to delegate.

Establish the delegated task

An explicit invocation with a goal or card and no phase restriction selects the full applicable workflow through PR delivery and documentation alignment. The user supplies the outcome, not a list of internal steps: arrange planning, implementation, CTO review and fixes, cleanup, delivery boundaries, and PR writing automatically. A short brief or a nontechnical user alone is not an invocation.
