CLI Agent Delegation

Use the Cursor Agent CLI as an external execution lane while the calling harness retains judgment and acceptance. The executor may do substantial implementation, command, MCP, test, manipulation, and verification work inside a closed mission; it does not inherit authority to redesign the mission.

Invocation Policy

Use this skill only when the user explicitly invokes or names cursor-cli-delegation. Mentioning Cursor, Grok, a model, the CLI, MCP, external execution, or parallel-subagents does not invoke it. Never auto-route work to Cursor. After explicit invocation, continue only when the mission is settled, the external lane adds value, and the lead can inspect the result.
