The code is intended as a SQL Server comparison tool, but it is incomplete and contains security weaknesses: unvalidated dynamic SQL identifiers may enable SQL injection in a completed/executed version, and TrustServerCertificate=yes disables certificate validation. Credentials are handled in a conventional but sensitive manner. Review and repair the missing code, validate and quote SQL identifiers, and use proper certificate verification before deployment.
