The code appears to be a legitimate YouTube transcript extraction utility, not malware. The main security risk is arbitrary filesystem write through the unsanitized custom filename, including absolute-path and path-traversal possibilities. Use a basename-only filename, resolve and verify that the destination remains within the vault, and consider safer temporary-file handling and metadata escaping.
