bento init

Bootstrap a repo's L2 for Claude Code and Codex. This is an agent-led workflow; the helper handles file previews, writes, and baselines, not semantic analysis. Use potion off-the-shelf when it meets the need. Use this workflow when the repo needs bento's reviewed phases and baseline-aware updates. Do not install potion or change the repo just to compare.

Repo layer first. Read the repo's AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md and, if it exists, the overlay .agents/bento/bento-init.md at the repo root; follow it under the overlay rules.

Paste these phases as todos. Stop at each checkpoint and wait for the user's answer before the next phase. One initial request to initialize is not approval of unseen evidence, a file design, or generated content. Never auto-commit or push.
