MuJoCo Studio: Interactive Simulation, UI & Plugin Architecture

"Studio" is the term used to refer to all the components used to build visualizations that replace the legacy simulate tools. The default user interface is known as the Studio Viewer App, which can be customized and extended with Studio Plugins.

Under the hood, Studio modernizes the interactive visualization stack using Dear ImGui for UI, Google Filament (PBR with Vulkan, OpenGL, Metal, and WebGL backends) for rendering, and browser-based remote streaming out of the box via WebViewer (NetImgui WASM).
