Purpose

Turn a raw founder talking-head recording into a creator-native short-form video ad. The archetype is creator-talking-head (CREATOR_GRAMMAR.md §8): speech-only audio, karaoke-pop captions, jump-cut breath removal on every pause above the gap threshold, and optional b-roll inserts over continuous VO.
