Code Runner

REBUILT 2026-05-06. The legacy monolithic runner is archived at .archive/legacy-2026-05-06/code_runner.py. The replacement runtime lives in src/code_runner/ and is gated by the historical live E2E suite documented in REWRITE_REQUIREMENTS.md.

/code-runner is intentionally minimal. It is a bounded worker, not an orchestrator, planner, reviewer, memory system, symbol indexer, or backend race harness. /project-knowledge is composed as an outer tracking surface for stability decisions and feature reintegration status; it is not exposed as a tool inside the code-runner loop.
