Goal Helper

Purpose

Use this skill to convert messy work into an executable goal that cannot quietly drift. The output may be a /goal prompt, a goal checklist, or a blocker report, but it must center on concrete proof.

This skill is stricter than general planning: it identifies the proof surface that demonstrates the requested outcome. The proof surface changes by domain, but the control loop stays the same.

Every goal must name:
