The monitor explicitly ingests and acts on user-generated, third-party content forwarded into your Discord (e.g., SKILL.md and the pipeline diagram show "Telegram Public Channels → social-bridge → Your Discord", and discord_ops/webhook_monitor.py's on_message reads message.content from monitored guilds and then persists/forwards those messages), so untrusted external messages are parsed and can change forwarding, tagging, and memory persistence behavior.
