Pi Term is a two-repo project:

• WezTerm fork (Rust): ${HOME}/workspace/experiments/wezterm/ — feature/sidebar-widget branch
• Pi Mono Lua config: ${HOME}/workspace/experiments/pi-mono/packages/wezterm/
