Use this skill as the front door for persona Orpheus voice training when the job is bigger than selecting clips: source discovery, missing emotion tags, ElevenLabs voice_id selection, synthetic gap-fill, human review, Orpheus dataset export, fine-tune, inference proof, and publish.

Do not reimplement audio selection, review UI, export, or training. Delegate those to voice-segment-selector and tts-voice.
