SKILL.md
Read the discovery protocol before acting. Bundled templates are optional aids, not a mandatory artifact checklist.
Research what could change the decision
Read the need, opportunities, alternatives and existing evidence. State the choice being informed, the highest-criticality weak claims, cheapest credible checks, and a stopping rule. No new research is necessary when supplied evidence already answers the material question.
Use stable C-IDs and the evidence/provenance rules in the protocol. Preserve source locators, versions/dates when material, observed facts, interpretation, limits, access restrictions and counterevidence. Never confuse repeated citations with strong evidence or reports with observations.
