Intentline issue

One request, one useful issue. Reuse the host agent's existing issue-tracker tools; do not build a Jira, Linear, GitHub or other provider client, add model stages, or require another approval workflow. The skill applies to any issue tracker whose available host tools support the requested operation; it does not grant access or magically support all trackers. GitHub Issues is the initial installation example, not a required backend. npx skills@latest add grove/intentline installs the instruction, not credentials, a tracker connection, or the Intentline Python runtime.
