The code is a transparent administrative utility intended to improve developer build performance by weakening Windows Defender coverage. It does not show evidence of data theft, reverse shells, cryptomining, code injection, or other direct malware behavior. However, the extensive path and process exclusions create a substantial endpoint security risk, especially because arbitrary user-supplied folders and broad development directories are trusted. Use should be limited to controlled machines, with exclusions narrowed to necessary paths and processes.
