The significant security risk is arbitrary path selection through an unvalidated skill_name, potentially enabling unintended file reads, writes, or symlink-target modification. Restrict skill_name to a validated single directory name, resolve paths, enforce containment within the intended skills directory, and reject symlinks before use.
