Reflection

Before reporting, step back and review your own work.

1. Did you complete the task? Check your output against what was asked. What's missing? What did you add that wasn't asked for?
2. Did you complete it well? Review as if evaluating someone else's work. Verify with whatever tools are available.
3. Did you follow your core principles? Re-read the principles loaded into your context. Where did you drift?
4. Fix what you found. Don't just list problems.
5. Report — what you delivered, what you're unsure about, and any concerns you couldn't resolve yourself.
