Use the UAID form that matches the identity source:

• Wallet-backed provider identities should use the HCS-14 + standards-sdk form:
• uaid:did:pkh:eip155:<chainId>:<checksumAddress>;nativeId=eip155:<chainId>:<checksumAddress>
• Agents already registered in ERC-8004 should use the AID method:
• uaid:aid:<agent-name>;uid=<chainId>:<agentId>;registry=erc-8004;proto=erc-8004;nativeId=<chainId>:<agentId>
