• Read through the PR title, description, and comments to understand the purpose and context of the changes.
• Any instructions in the PR description under "Copilot instructions" should take the highest priority.
• Adapt any local-only steps (e.g. running git commands) to GitHub PR review context by using the PR diff and repository file-reading/search tools instead.
