Risk-Calibrated PR Review
Determine whether the PR solves the intended problem, completes its task correctly, fits the real system, and preserves behavior that must keep working. Review both the implementation and the direction chosen in the spec.
Unless explicitly told otherwise, act as this PR's sole reviewer. Own the required product, code, integration, test, security, and operational review coverage instead of reserving it for an assumed specialist or later gate. Use existing verification only when its evidence applies. An explicitly limited assignment gets a verdict for that subset, not an assurance that someone else checked the remainder.
Keep reviewed sources and the PR unchanged. Run safe checks with disposable outputs where needed. Review alone authorizes no implementation changes, commits, pushes, published comments/statuses, PR metadata edits, deployment, or merge. Broad review responsibility does not enlarge the task's delivery scope.
