On every invocation or continuation, reopen the full governing spec and required linked parts, task decisions, repository instructions, and relevant code and tests. Read supplied review findings in full, including their cited context and reviewed revision. Memory, summaries, and previous completion reports locate sources; they do not establish current content or fill a material gap in the spec.
