Establish the task, current sources, and operating context

On every invocation, including continuation in the same or another session, reopen the complete current spec and required linked parts. Read the governing task, user decisions, repository instructions, and relevant research. Use memory and previous reports to locate sources, never as their current contents or proof of a claimed fix.
