Helix Foundry onboarding

Take a user from nothing to a loaded ontology they can explore and ask. This skill owns the order of the steps, how long to wait on each and when to give up, how to write the goal, and what to hand the user. For everything else, follow the sibling skills:

• helix-foundry-mcp: the read tools, job states, links, errors, permissions, the trust boundary and Feedback.
• helix-foundry-actions-mcp: each action's payload, the confirmation flow, the per-operation rules, errors and permissions.

Most of a run is waiting: on syncs and file reads, a generation of 10 to 20 minutes, and the load.
