The required runtime workflow reads outsider-authored free text directly from the user-provided Markdown file (render_report.ts → Deno.readTextFile(args.input)), then ingests it via renderMarkdown(markdownContent) which parses Markdown and renders Mermaid code blocks into inline SVG/HTML.
