Do not invent a third “responder” skill. Shared machinery lives under each skill’s scripts/; keep naming distinct so agents never conflate human vs CI threads.
Ephemeral artifacts (do not commit)
Working files under .heyeddi/docs/pr-<N>-ci-* are session scratch for the reply/verify gate. Do not git add or commit them. GitHub PR threads are the SSOT. Prefer consumer gitignore patterns from project-engineering scaffold.
