Build a current-state brief before work resumes. History supplies leads; live state decides what is true now.

Scope

Resolve three bounds from the request:

• topic or subsystem;
• workspace or project;
• time range (recent defaults to 7 days).

State the interpreted scope. Preserve an explicit request for all history; page through all available archived tasks rather than silently narrowing it. If the user already supplied a complete handoff with current paths, branch, and next action, verify that capsule instead of mining broadly.
