The skill includes explicit instructions that bypass security (kubectl config set-cluster ... --insecure-skip-tls-verify=true) and runs infrastructure-changing commands (kubectl apply, terraform apply -auto-approve) and credentialed docker logins, which encourage modifying system/infrastructure state and weakening verification checks.
