No covert backdoor or data-exfiltration code was found, but the project intentionally includes two abuse-enabling features — an enabled-by-default Sci-Hub fallback (tries known pirate mirrors and scrapes for new ones) and an operator-gated CloakBrowser stealth-browser fetch that can bypass Cloudflare and use the operator's browser cookies/IP to access paywalled PDFs.
