WT Work

Launch and coordinate prepared wt work. This skill owns active execution from pre-launch checks through accepted review/pass handoff.

Do not do upfront planning here. Purpose and requirements stay in wt-ready; surface any change to them to the user. Design, task graph, and execution shape may be synced to execution reality within the threshold in Sync The Spec — including revising not-yet-started downstream slices when an earlier slice's work forces it. If the handoff is fundamentally incomplete, return to wt-ready.
