The code is a straightforward FusionAuth webhook receiver with no apparent malicious behavior. Its main security risk is an authentication bypass when FUSIONAUTH_WEBHOOK_SECRET is absent or empty, because signature verification is skipped and arbitrary requests are accepted. Logging user identifiers and email addresses also creates a privacy concern. The code fragment is syntactically incomplete at the end.
