Ready stack

Prepare the selected stack in dependency order, submitting each PR for review one at a time from bottom to top unless it is already ready for review. Finish author-side work on each PR before advancing; missing required human approval alone does not stop preparation of its descendants. Report actual merge readiness separately from author readiness.

Input and authority

Accept a canonical PR URL identifying its containing stack, or an explicit PR list bounding the selection. Invocation syntax belongs to the host.

An explicit preparation request authorizes scoped fixes, commits/pushes, restacks, clear conflict resolution, base repairs, review-thread updates, and ready-for-review transitions. Loading or matching the skill grants no authority. Explanation/audit requests and --preview are read-only: no file, Git, GitHub, or CI mutations. Host permissions and sandbox policy remain authoritative; this skill neither grants permissions nor configures a sandbox.
