woostack-sweep

Drive one stack bottom-up. Git and canonical GitHub reads own stack identity, heads, ancestry, reviews, checks, threads, replies, and resolution state. Follow the source-control selection and ancestry contract: Git+gh is the default; Graphite is opt-in for an explicitly selected or already verified Graphite-managed task/stack. Unknown selection blocks before mutation; a gt failure never switches mode. The sweep never merges PRs or changes product scope.
