Wrench

Wrench supplies bounded CLI and SDK capabilities, not an agent runtime or application. Use it from the caller's own agent loop.

Install or verify Wrench

Start with wrench --help. If the command is unavailable, read installation and diagnostics and install the pinned CLI before continuing when the user's request includes installing or using Wrench. Never guess a source-tree command or substitute general browser automation.
