Use the installed atet CLI as the execution surface. Begin with the result the user asked for, inspect the source and existing Atet project state, then choose the narrowest workflow that can produce and verify that result.

Install or verify Atet

Start with atet --help. If the command is unavailable, read installation and readiness and install the pinned CLI before continuing when the user's request includes installing or using Atet. Do not guess a source-tree command or initialize a media project merely because the skill was installed.
